For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dressing for a touch of heat. If you don't have rice wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar can be used as a substitute. Toasted sesame seeds can be used in addition to, or instead of, the peanuts for garnish. The dressing can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
